How Selling Your Toner Works
Selling unused toner and ink to The Toner Exchange takes three steps: request a free quote, ship free with our prepaid UPS Ground label, and get paid within 1–3 business days of inspection.
1. Tell us what you have
Submit your cartridge details, photos of the boxes, or a spreadsheet inventory. Include the brand, model number, quantity, and box condition. Most quotes come back within about 2 hours.
2. Ship it free
Accept the offer and we email a prepaid UPS Ground label — shipping never costs you anything. Pack the cartridges in a sturdy box (no side over 24 inches, 45 lbs maximum per box) and drop it at any UPS location or schedule a free pickup at ups.com. Large lots can use multiple labels.
3. Get paid fast
We inspect every shipment and confirm the brand, model, quantity, and condition. If anything differs from your submission we send a written report with photos and an adjusted amount. Payment goes out within 1–3 business days by check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or eCheck.
